How much are your WordPress real estate websites?
Anywhere from $1000 to $2000; Average cost is about $1250. Custom sites start at $2000 and go up to about $5000. Right now though I’m testing out a special of $499, Installed. Click for here for details!
Can I just pick from one of your existing real estate themes?
Absolutely. This is the route to go because, well, it’s a lot cheaper and easier this way because you can just pick the design you want, then I can add in your logo, photos, and text. Since the design is pretty much already done, I can turn around your website within a day or two, at most a week. Uhhh, let’s be realistic, sometimes it takes a week or so given the changes made to the website. I’m cool making the revisions, granted you’re cool paying me for requested alterations.
Can I update my real estate website myself?
You betcha! This is the Holy Grail of WordPress and my services; You can add and edit your property listings, blog, update pages to your site, add to your site menu/navigation, etc. Just contact me for a demo. I’ll walk you through the admin area so you know how easy it is, what you’re getting, etc.
Do you only create real estate websites?
Not exactly. If the project and the money is right, I’m always open to develop something different, especially if the client really lets me go off and thus make a bad ass website.
How long have you been creating web sites?
14 years, consistently and professionally since 1996.
Do you have client references?
Uh huh! I still have clients dating back to 1998, real estate ones at that, and they would be open to answering any questions you might have about my services. I will provide names and numerous if there’s a genuine interest in my work.
Can I take my real estate website elsewhere after you develop it? You know, in the event I just don’t like your smell?
Sho’nuf! It just has to be with a web host that supports WordPress.
Do you work with other web hosting companies?
Yes, several. But, I really recommend InMotion Hosting because their system is easy to use, making a WordPress install a breeze. This keeps my development time down, and consequently, your overall bill to a minimum.
Where are you located?
Beautiful and friendly Fort Collins, Colorado. This is definitely the best place I’ve lived due to the awesome atmosphere made up by genuine and approachable individuals. There’s so much talent in this town it’s ridiculous.
Do you know a lot about the search engines, as well as marketing?
This is one of my fortes. I’ve been reading and exercising my search engine placement skills since 1996. It certainly doesn’t happen over night, plus you have considerable competition, however, you have me on your side. Whoot whoot!
