With respect to creating those two WordPress sites, it would be easier and much cheaper if you went with one of my existing WordPress real estate sites, then modify it to your needs from there. It&#039;s about 2-4 times more expensive if you want to convert your existing site and look over to a WordPress one, but it&#039;s actually a service I don&#039;t provide. I pretty much just sell my own stuff as it&#039;s a simpler and more cost effective route for both me and the client. 

On that note, I charge $499 per site, installed, with all the necessary plugins, a listing management section, etc. I can install an IDX solution for you too, for around $100 extra.
