I just made this real estate theme last night outta nowhere. Meaning, the idea just came to me, so I got on it right then and there and subsequently had a blast. I love this stuff! I think this WordPress real estate design appeals to the high-end / luxury real estate markets, however, I think it can work for other needs as well. I can somewhat easily change out the header to reflect other cities, such as Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, etc.
Hi. I need to develop a site for a real estate company here in Nairobi, Kenya, using wordpress. Your theme suits the look and feel of what the client wants. Please advice on how much you will charge me for the theme, its a small start-up company and so they have no much in terms of high-end payments.
